You need to ask your OB. When I was pregnant mine told me I could take Claritin (not sure if it was "D" or not) and Benadryl. But your ob may be different. Hope you feel better!

The Neti pot works really well. It's just a saline solution with warm water. It flushes your sinuses out and you will start to feel a little better after the first time. Also get a heating pad (the kind that go in the microwave or rice in a sock) and lay that over your eyes. I had sinuses problems with my son while living in Georgia. Hope this helps!

Tylenol helps the pain.

I'm 15 weeks, and went to the dr Friday, he said sinuses rinses like netti pot(which I've already been doing), humidifier, saline nasal sprays to keep moisturized, tylenol for pain, and phenylephrine (Sudafed PE that is NOT behind the pharmacy counter).  I've also been using the breath right strips on my nose.

The sinus struggle is real.  Hope you can get some relief.
