I wanted to get one but how do you figure out what size of ball to get?

I got a large yoga ball. When I had my hubby go. He got the one that went by height. It was to short for me to get up and down comfortably. The large is the one my birth center and hospital had too.

Its based on height. I think the specs were on amazon when I purchased mine.

  • If you're up to 1.73m (5ft 8in) in height, it's best to get a 65cm ball.
  • If you're 1.75m (5ft 9in) or taller then it's best to get a 75cm ball.

This. The ball helps so much during labor!

Read the box.  They should have sizing guidelines.

Read our weekly pregnancy journal for...
27 | 28 | 29 | 30 | 31 | 32 | 3334 | 35 | 36 | 37 | 38 | 39 | 40 | 41 | BIRTH

Just get a regular exercise ball. They sell them at Five Below (if you have one) for $5.

I thought about getting one! Would it be a good core exercise during pregnacy?
