I'm super early so maybe that's it- around 8 1/2 weeks I had an ultrasound done with the tech- the heart rate was like 170.

Then today- around 10 weeks an in room ultrasound the heart rate was 154.

Normal. Baby's hb will usually fluctuate throughout pregnancy. In my experience it usually gets lower the further along I am.

Yes that's absolutely normal. This babys hb was 169 at 8 weeks. Then 184 at 8.5 weeks, and 179 at 9.5 weeks. At 13 weeks her hb dropped to 157 and has been consistently between 140 and 150. It will decrease as the baby gets bigger and will also fluctuate due to babys level of activity. No worries mama <3

Yep as the others said totally normal, first ultrasound at 6 weeks  baby was 120 at 9 weeks baby was at 160. Baby's heart rate will change just as yours and mine does.

Definitely normal. I remember asking my OB about that during one of my pregnancies. It was a huge relief to have her say it is normal.
