Yoga can be so amazing, during pregnancy and even when you're not pregnant. My favorite form of exercise, right up there with swimming.

walking mostly

I also do a little mini-workout that I consider strength-training (but most ppl would consider it laughable).

The bottom line of exercising during pregnancy is not to allow the mother's body temperature to exceed 101*F, b/c the baby's body temperature is 1*F above the mothers and the baby cannot cool down since (s)he doesn't have access to cooler, outside air, etc.  I read an article about an olymic snow-something (I think it was bobsledding) woman who got pregnant right after she started training for the Olymics, which would occur not long after her due date.  She allowed multiple drs to do all kinds of tests on her while she trained (so she could train as much as possible and know exactly what had a negative effect on the baby in utero).
