c-section question

Im hoping I dont have any complications and baby stays head down now that shes finally flipped, but if you get a c-section do they cut through your muscles? Im scared that if it happens for some reason I wont be able to get my abs back. I keep my stomach very toned and i would hate to not be able to get it back to normal.

I can't answer that as I didn't have a c-section ..... But it's just all part of having a baby.

You can get back to shape after you have the green light for exercising :)

Having a c-section can have an effect. Some women end up with the c-section pooch and others don't. It just depends.

I had a c-section with twins and I had a flat belly less then 12 hours after the surgery. Just let yourself heal properly, then work on your mucles, You'll be fine.

Yes, they cut through the muscles. It can be very difficult for some to get back into shape.

Yes they cut the muscles, but after healing you will be able to get them back in shape.

Bump for you! I haven't had one but I know some people who have had no problems and some others who struggled.

I think they do, but you can grow them back, you just have to let it heal first.
