So my Dr. Had recommended 1/2 a tablet of doxylamine to help with my nausea throughout the day, as well as at night. So I took one this morning and it had made me too tired to drive 100% relaxed my body and just shut my brain down. It helped with nausea but not with being able to do my job. Maybe it's just me, my body is light weight to everything. Has anybody else tried this? I would recommend taking it at night only to help with nausea if anyone is struggling with it. Never again will I take it durring the day.

I've never tried it. I steer clear of medications as much as possible during pregnancy. Have you tried any natural remedies for your nausea?

It's the active ingredient in Unison. I have used it as a sleep aid in the past but not for nausea.

I would never take a sleeping pill if I had to drive.

I take it to help sleep, but only 1/2 of one. If I take the whole thing, I would sleep all night and the next day.
