Anyone have a plus size belt that they don't need? Or recommendations for good ones?? Im in SO much pain with every step I take.

I have one not plus sized but a xl and i hated it so much it was more annoying than help

Amazon probably has some good ones. I'm sorry you're in pain. I never used one. They always looked like torture devices to me-but I have heard that they've really helped some women.

I bought mine off Ebay- it was awesome for pregnancy and afterwards for csection recovery.

I don't. However, I've heard of women who wrap their bellies for more support. If you don't have a baby wrap you could probably use a large sheet. I think there are YouTube videos to show you how.

Its so terrible! My coworker told me not tip get epidural because Itll ruin my back forever.... Well, it feels pretty ruined now, soooo. LOL. Her comment totally didn't steer me from my decision to get an epidural if needed when the time comes.
