Why do I always assume the worst

I go in for my 11 week appointment tomorrow and I can't help but to think the worst šŸ˜” This is my first pregnancy so I don't exactly know what I'm suppose to be feeling but I know I don't feel pregnant! I've been feeling like that since I was 7wks but when I was 9wks I got to see the baby and it put my mind at ease . I know so many things can go wrong in the first trimester and I've read that women have lost their baby and didn't even know until they went to the doctor! That's my biggest fear . I'm an over thinker and I'm just driving myself crazy !

Yeah we tend to do that. Is normal to fear. I don't even think it goes away totally as there is always something to worry about.

Let go and let God has many times been my motto.
The best of luck on your next appt.

If it makes oyu feel better, I never "feel" pregnant either, until the baby is moving on a regular basis.

The first pregnancy is so much harder. I was on edge 24-7 with baby #1. Try to stay calm and relax a much as you can. Stay positive (:
Congratulations!!

I think it's a way for some of us to prepare for the worst possibility.
