Do they stop when you move around?
I'm timing contractions right now- super painful when I am sitting on the couch. Just a tight belly when I'm walking around- do I time those or just the painful ones?

I would time them. Also, drink 16 oz of water, and lay on your left side, see if they go away. How far along are you?

So it is possible you could be going into labor. Just time them, and go in if they increase in intensity or become more frequent, or your water breaks. Good luck!

I have no idea- I went to bed and did fall asleep for a few hours. But was woken up with contractions that were about 7 minutes apart- I got up and showered and now they seem to have stopped after two hours- I am having a lot of discomfort in my back. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø
