Getting it started

Have you ever asked a ? And then once it was answered you thought to yourself "well duh, why did I ask such a silly ?"

Yesterday or the day before I made a post in here asking about if my next pregnancy would go better if I did whatever, lost weight etc (well duh)

Today I started my journey, are healthy all day and walked a mile after dinner
I still have some improving to do but it's going to take some time. I for sure need to work on my water in take. Only had like 30oz today but I'm still awake so I plan to get in some more.

Yup :) I think that's normal, and that's one of the reasons I love this site, because sometimes just typing it out and having other women respond lets you realize that duh, it's not that complicated and yes, you knew the answer all along. 


Absolutely get your water intake up! Especially if you're starting to work out now, your body will need more. I love seltzer water, the carbonation makes it go down a lot easier. I'm not a fan of basic flat water. I also like infusing my water with fruit and then having it ice cold.
