I have a 2 gallon drink container in my room for when I’m in labor. It’s full of water right now. Lol

Anyhow, I’m going to make some laborade to keep up my energy and hydration. Has anyone made this for labor?

Magnesium Sulfate is used to stop labor, Magnesium Cholride is an internal cleanser.

Nice 🙂 The studies that I have read on red ras leaf tea is take drink it 2-3 times a day starting at around 37 weeks i believe? I have done this the last two pregnancies. I think it's been beneficial for me so far :)

I usually drink 1 cup per trimester starting around 12 weeks. I had to stop this time because it caused contractions. It hadn’t done that with previous pregnancies (baby 11 here), but I know when to stop. I’ll start up again in a couple weeks though and see how I feel. I’ll be 35 weeks Saturday, so it’s close enough that I can ease into it but still not worry about early labor.

I use Labouraid all through pregnancy and most of the time when I’m not pregnant. A bit of a different recipe! Coconut water, water, cal/mag fizz, lime juice, salt. It really helps my other health issues
