Throught my whole pregnancy I have been throught every emotion you can think of as becoming a new mom. excited, scared, excited again, just playing the waiting game, etc...
I had my baby shower June 7th, the day befor me & my hubby's one year, & my sisters B-Day. I got all of my baby stuff, & it hit me then, but not like it did today.
Today was my home girl's baby shower, &were due around the same time, Well at some point today it hit me really hard that I'm going to be some one's mom. mean I've thought about it, but now it just seems so much more real. I'm not baby sitting anymore, this is someone who I have to be responsable for 24/7 for the next 18 years of my life. I'm achually haveing a kid.
& that really scared me, because I like to sleep in a lot, & I'm not going to be able to do that alot anymore.
Sorry just sharing how I'm feeling about it all.

I'm sure almost every mom has those thoughts the first time. Its pretty much normal. I can't say the worrying will go away, because you will almost always worry about something LOL... Once you hold that little one for the first time, you'll feel much better. Good luck and don't be so hard on yourself, it's so worth it!

i went through the same thing with my pregnancy! Its totally normal!! Once you're into a little routine it'll all be fine. Of course it's not the same anymore but once your baby is here it's something that won't even bother you anymore! Good luck & congrats!!

i feel the same way ..every time around a friend with a baby i think what the hell was i thinking.i had a chance to get my life back and i didnt take it.. are ill think theres still a way out i can alwaz give her away..but i love her and she's not even here yet...i dont know why i think so crazy but i do...i get so freakin nerves at the idea of having this baby...

OH HUNNIE, DONT FEEL BAD MAMMA... I AM SURE THAT ALL MOMMIES HAVE FELT THIS WAY BEFORE THERE FIRST LITTLE ONE CAME, I KNOW I DID! I WAS 16 AND SCARED OUT OF MY SOCKS, BUT NOW MY SON IS 3 AND I AM GETTING READY TO HAVE # 2 AND YOU WANNA KNOW SOMETHING...i AM JUST AS SCARED AS I WAS WITH MY FIRST.... I DONT KNOW Y I JUST AM NERVOUS!!!!! HANG IN THERE IM SURE YOU WILL DO GREAT!!!!

i know how u feel.... i felt the same way when i was preggo with my daughter and i feel the same way again... but love every minute of it..... it will all work out fine and ull figure everything out in due time..... when my daughter was born i would always say "when is ur mommy gunna come and get you" (b/c i wasnt use to HAVING a baby and not baby sitting)

Oh, don't feel bad. I know that it seems really scary before you have the baby but trust me, you feel a lot differently once you hold that little baby! As for the sleeping in thing, its hard the first couple months but for me it got easier fast because now my son just keeps my schedule. He sleeps in with me, it's nice.
