Has anyone ever had leaking of amniotic fluids?
If so, how did you know and what happened?
I knew because I went to use the bathroom and noticed I "already went" on my way down the hall to the restroom... So I went to the toilet, peed, got up, and it kept leaking here and there (big gushes) I used a maxi pad that would get filled every 20-40 minutes. I wasn't peeing.
It came from higher up than the urethra (pee hole), too. Like when you feel your period coming down really heavy. That gush of wetness comes from higher in your body than the pee hole.

At 38 weeks with my son, I leaked for 4 days and wasn't the wiser. I just remember how upset I was I had to change my underwear several times a day. The fluid was clear, but I thought it was urine and I was upset at myself for not having any bladder control. Finally I asked a friend at work if it was possible to only leak and not have your water break at once. She said of course and it happened to her w/her 2 kids. So I went to the hospital. Sure enough it was amino fluid and I would have to give birth soon. The doctor gave me antibodies because I had been leaking for so long and then he yelled at me for not coming in sooner. Hell, I didn't know, or else I would have come in sooner.
i'm currently still leaking it is geting alot stronger now it used to be just a discharge but when i move or get up it comes out a lil bit more but not like a huge huge gush or anything just a small one. when i first relized it i thought i peed my self but it was all watey and clear and no smell so i thought well maybee it is someting els. juts keped looking like i was having a liquid discharge.
