Another quick question ladies... I have heard that constant baby hiccups towards the end or pregnancy are normal and may even be a sign that the baby's lungs are developing. Is this true?

The baby gets hiccups because it is now practicing swallowing which is also an indication that they are practice breathing.  You will be able to tell when it is hiccups because it will a constant bump bump bump very different from kicking.

i heard it was bcuz they we're growing which i guess goes along w/ that i had my baby 8 weeks premature and when she first got here she had the hiccups like every time i went to see her in the nicu at least 6 times a day. she's 7 weeks old today (almost to her due date) and she only gets em 1 or 2 times a day now. i like to think is cuz she's growing so fast
