Question about Gestational Diabetes

Can you have 1 or 2 pregnancies where you do not develop gestational diabetes and then develop gestational diabetes with your 3rd pregnancy? I am just wondering. I am pregnant with my 3rd child and I am having my glucose test on Thursday. They have done one with each pregnancy and I guess I just thought that if I didn't have it with #1 and #2 than I wouldn't with #3 either??

I had gestational diabetes with my first but not with my second and third. Now I am diabetic and pregnant with my fourth.

I didn't have it with my first but I had it with my 2nd and this one.

Oh and some of the signs are if you are more sick with this pregnancy then the others. You stay thirsty and very tired. Has your vision changed any? Just find out as soon as possible. Good luck!
