when you are having true labor contractions?

When you can time them and they get closer together as time goes by. False labor usually, but not always, comes and goes. So in one hour you can have them go from like 7 minutes apart, to 15 minutes, then 3 hours later they're gone. They're so sporadic.

That's tricky, cause everyone is different. My friends back always started hurting when she went into labor. The time inbetween the contractions is important, too. My braxton-hicks didn't hurt. It just felt like my belly was getting tight.

when they're regular contraction you can time them... BH contractions are all over the place. Also i noticed when i was in labor (going into labor) i couldnt sit still... i had to just keep walking around... can't sleep through them for sure!

thanks, everyone.

 

i've only got 10 days left before he comes. and i get pain along with my uterus tightening but it isnt completely unbearable. and they aren't where i can really time them.
