Im only 21 weeks pregnant and my nipples have started to have white spots on the actual nipple.....

Its almost as if im lactating....but im not leaking anything.

Is this possible or is it something else??

Could be something else.  I know that when I first start lactating, it's clear, not white.  I'd ask the doctor at your next appointment.

That is totally normal do not try and pop them though you can cause problems. I had those with both my pregnancies. They went all the way around. My doctor said it was the pores and that it is normal and not to pop them. Because they do look like white heads. But if it concerns you just give your doctor a call. They get these questions all the time. Hope this helps!

Mine was white when it dried, clear if I caught it actually leaking.
