 I got this list from my OB. Sorry it's so long..

Just a side note. My OB also listed Sudafed as safe in the list he gave me but if you look at all the new published research online, the FDA is suggesting that Dr. no longer suggest pseudophedrine in any form as safe during pregnancy.
