Ok Ladies...  before I found out I was pregnant, I was taking Trazadone to help me sleep at night.  I stopped immediately once I found out.  I'm having a terrible time sleeping....  Any advice on what I could do to help me sleep through the night that is safe....?  Thanks!

Here's a bump. I'm curious too. The nurse at my drs office told me I could take tylenol pm, but I am afraid to try it.

You can try melatonin, ask doc before, it is a natural sleep aid remedy.  I have had trouble sleeping in the past also.  It is okay to take tylenol PM or Benadryl. (Tylenol PM is just a tylenol with one benadryl in it.)  That is what the doc has told me with both pregnancies (different doctors).

I take benadryl every night. 1. because I can't breath without it and 2. It helps me sleep. I was on Trazadone when i got preggo too and had to stop.

I took a tylenol pm last night for the first time because I am trying to avoid taking meds unless I absolutely need them. I slept wonderfully for the first time in weeks!

I did talk to the nurse yesterday..... she said anything tylenol..  but this was before I found out I wouldn't be able to sleep without trazadone...  I have tylenol pm at home but I was afraid to take it....  Should I take one or two?
