I am 37 weeks 4 days pregnant. Dh and I had sex about an hour and a half ago. Im usually pretty good about getting everything out afterwards but i understand that some of it is gonna hang around for a while. Well i have been up and about for a while now and as i was just walking down the stairs a bunch of clear fluid started gushing out and running down my legs. I thought maybe i was peeing myself but i couldnt control it and it kept coming out and its clear with no real smell to it. do you think this could be my water? Should i call my dr? i would be really emberrased if this was just some left over cum from DH.
Pretty sure your water just broke!! CALL YOUR DOCTOR!

Not always true... When my water broke my little one was sitting butt first and I never felt labor with her. they admitted me and monitored me for 24hrs before i went in for csection. After 24 hrs, you are at risk of infection (u and the baby). It doesnt hurt to be checked to make sure. OH, I was almost 4 weeks early too.

If it was your waters, it would be a lot (think a quart) and if it was a slow leak, it would continue whenever you moved. Even if it is your water, you dont need to call, jsut wait for labor to start!
