Someone told me that rubbing castor oil on my belly would have the same effects as drinking it without the risks, Is that true has anyone tried this?

I don't know about that. If it were me, I wouldn't even touch that stuff with a 10 foot pole.

if you going to go into labor it will work, but its only becuase you were already going, drink that crap and you will be crapping all night and vomiting and having cramps...not worth it when you know your baby has to come out sooner or later.

Yes, it is something that is sometimes suggested.   The massage is helpful, too.    But still, it is intense diarrhea--  not good.

I will still get diarrhea even if I dont drink it???

If it gets into your body then it should have the same effect~  that is the point.   The intention is to cause severe diarrhea.
