What is going on with my body?

Yesterday I had an emergency appiontment, and when they weighed me I've lost 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks. I don't know how I could have because I've been eating junk food like crazy. Although I just remembered when they weighed me the first time I was wearing my coat, so that makes sense. Anyway...my blood pressure was 142/80...does anybody know any good ways to try to keep my blood pressure low? I have an almost 2 year old, so sitting down and keeping my feet up is not an option.

there is something called Brewer's diet that is supposed to help keep your blood pressure lower and prevent pre-e. I have not experienced if it works b/c I have not gone on the diet, but it might be worth looking into. Also walking 20min a day is supposed to help lower your b pressure too. Good luck!

vitamins= fish oil and magnesium.  Ask your doctor about it.  There is some research that shows it helps prevent preclampsia.
