You should go ahead and call your doctor to be safe. Frequent loose stools can sometimes precede premature labor (I had them for about 4 days prior to going into premature labor with my 2nd). Also, since you state you are going to the bathroom every hour you may have a UTI which can also trigger contractions. Then again everything may be fine, but better safe than sorry as 31 weeks is just too early.
i called doc waiting for them to call back .. got their answering service thing left a message... I dont think I am having contractions cause to me they feel like BH but just the loose stools for so long is making me wonder if thats normal cause i never had that with any of my other pregnancies..

Since you already called your doc, I don't know what else to say other than make sure you keep yourself hydrated!
Here's a bump for ya.
"Tolerance means I treat you with respect even when we totally disagree. You're a child of God. You're worthy of dignity. We may disagree, but we're going to tolerate each other, and even more than that, we can be friends. You're never going to please everybody. I don't need to agree with somebody in order to love them." - Rick Warren
i think a certain amount of loose stools is normal. a lot of women in my other groups complain about that. just make sure you are drinking enough water and maybe try to eat my fruits and veg, since they are basically all fiber, that might help. goodluck!
When I was having contractions with my twins I didn't know that I was having them until they hooked me up to the monitors...
I would definately call them because sometimes with twin pregnancy you can't tell that you are having contractions because sometimes they aren't as painful as with just one baby.
I had the same type of issues the closer I got to my delivery date. I ended up having them about a week after those issues...so I would call & just see what they say. Might be nothing but you would be better off to know for sure.
Good luck!!
definetely keep yourself hydrated or they'll do it for you..and thats no fun...but it does sorta sound like you have a UTI with how much your peeing...and both loose stools and UTI's will cause contractions that could possibly jump start early labor especially if you get dehydrated..so definitely go see your doctor to see if you a UTI...and push the fluids...have you tried pepto bismol or amodium for the stools??
still waiting for the doc to call back but its noon so they may be on lunch now.. i called the office like at 845, the open at 830 .pushing the water... just hoping its not preterm labor-they already stopped contractions a few times and a few weeks ago i was 1 in a half cm..
