I had to adjust where my bed was so that my side was against a wall. Then, I got TWO of the body pillows. I put one between my legs and arms, (on one side of me) and the other against my back behind me. (one on the other side) so they kind of prop you up on your side. It kept me propped up on my side, so I wouldnt fall over. I still sleep like this pretty well at 39 weeks. Hope this helps! :)

I have the body pillows placed like the pp said and that's how i sleep the best to. I am 30 weeks and have been sleeping like that for a while now.
