i dunno if i'm just a big baby this time around or what but i feel like i'm always hurting. the other day i was sort of throbbing from the hips down for a while and then other times i feel like i'm getting BH contractions but then they get really painful and then i get a lot of cramping in my belly through out the day. and once in a while i get this weird shock of tingling in my belly too when i turn too much or move too quickly. and recently started getting an achy left shoulder, i think my nerve is acting up. UGH!!! i have my appt tomorrow so i'm going to bring it up i guess, i feel like i'm just being a big baby :( hopefully i am and nothing is wrong and i'm just whiney
**also i'm going to be 29 weeks on thursday so i just got into my 3rd trimester**
~*~ UPDATE ~*~ i talked to the dr and she told me to try one of those belly belts. this baby is really low and she said it will help relieve some pressure and help with some back pain --- so i gotta go pick one up :) ~*~

I was... then I went and saw a chiropractor (who I now see weekly) and he re-adjusted me... now I feel great. I actually felt so great when he did it, I literally melted to the table- lol. Also... seeing a chiropractor helps to keep your pelvis aligned for shorter, less painful births. (and a LOT less likely chance of back labor!)

lol at least i'm not the only one! i just remembered i'm seeing one of the other drs tomorrow... i always get weird talking to the other ones lol so i'll have to remember to make my hubby ask for me

yeah i've thought about a chiropractor but i'd have to get money to pay for that so i dunno. my sister is a massage therapist but she just moved back to town and hasn't even called to say hi yet so i don't think i should ask her to work on me just yet. i feel like i'm going to end up with back labor this time, i had it with my first :( and it wasn't fun at all, my second was way easy and no back labor so i'm hoping for the same
ps - is ur last name Carter?

It sure is :-)
A chiropractor might be covered by your insurance- especially if you OB refers you to one.
My insurance pays for 15 visits a year, then pays 1/2 of up to an additional 10.

thanks my last name too :)
i'll have to talk to my dr then and see! thanks!
