Anyone know any good exercises to do when your pregnant? im only 4 weeks pregnant and worried about M/C like i did with my last pregnancy but I still would like to stay in good physical condition during pregnancy and would love to tone my legs more but I want to know if theres any other safe exercises to do that you know of during pregnancy besides walking. i have a Wii Fit and love it but not sure if its safe to use during pregnancy. any suggestions i have 2 weeks till i get to see my dr about it.

Prenatal yoga is very beneficial.  I do brisk walking almost everyday, long as you don't get your heartrate to high.  When you get tired rest.  I wouldn't do any situps or crunches.  The more you walk the better the nausea is.  I made mistake of not exercising at all with my last baby and was always sick.  Just make sure you drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated.  I've kept my weight down, so hopefully I won't be a gestational diabetic like I was with the last pregnancy.  Swimming keeps the swelling down too.
