Does anyone know if it is ok to take Lexapro 20mg during pregnancy????

I also take Ambien 5 mg.  I'm not sure if I need to stop if I choose to get pregnant.

Lexapro and Pregnancy

The safety of SSRIs during pregnancy isn't fully established. Lexapro is labeled Pregnancy Category C, which means that there isn't enough research to show if it is safe for the fetus. For now, the FDA recommends taking Lexapro and other SSRIs during pregnancy only if the benefits outweigh the possibility of harm.

Also, I was on Lexapro before pregnancy but gradually went off of it, ending about 3 mos before becoming pregnant. Some medications are worse than others, and not everyone is able to manage w/o the meds or have withdrawals and all sorts of stuff, so its best to ask your OB/GYN.
