I'm 23 weeks prego and I have still not felt the baby.  I see a perinatologist  since I'm high risk and have a sono. done at every appt. that shows him kicking, punching and moving.  This is my first would that have anything to do with not feeling him yet?

it might be that you just haven't been kicked hard enough to feel it yet.

It could be the baby isn't kicking hard enough yet for you to feel it.

For me I never felt my Ds when I was pg with him. And finally was told that the placenta was blocking him. He would kick it, and thats why I couldn't feel him. I felt butterflies, and flips. but not kicks or anything else.
