So I wrote a post the other day about NOT having morning sickness...well I guess I jinxed myself because today was the day that I got it.

What did you guys do to ease the nausea feeling? This is awful!

Is it safe to take Ibuprofen for a headache because I have a major migraine!

Thank you all!

For the morning sickness have crackers by your bed and before you get up nibble on them. Throughout the day eat small frequent meals and always keep hydrated. As for the motrin, its not safe to take while being pregnant because it passes into the placenta, you can take Tylenol, and you can take extra strength tylenol. I hope this helps.

Another thing also, it sounds funny but works, take half a tablet of unisom and the vitamin B6 and that helps too. I had morning sickness for 6 months and it was gone for 1 month and it came back, I'm so grateful that I only have 3 more weeks until my little one comes. If you ever just want to take and need someone to talk to about the pregnancy or anything I'm here.

when u go to the doc, ask them for something for the nausea, or call them. with my 1st, i didnt have anything, just had to tough it out. this time, im w/ a different office and they offered me something to take (starts w/ a p??) and it really does work well! i really only take when i feel really bad. other than that, the saltines before getting outta bed truly does help! and lotsa water throughout the day.
