Anything safe I can take to help me sleep? I cannot ever go to sleep at night until like 4 am and this is getting old, I am exhausted!

You can use a regular dose of benedryl. I used the children's dose and it helped a lot. My dr had said Tylenol PM was okay to use, but I figured there was no point in taking Tylenol if I didn't have a headache or anything like that, and the "PM" part is just Benedryl, so that's what I did. I think there is a sleeping pill like Unisom or something that you can take but just ask your dr. I know the Benedryl is safe though since I did ask. I never sleep well during pregnancy because I'm too paranoid about round ligament pain. Ouch!

I know tylenol PM and Unisom are both safe.  I would ok with your doc first.

I take Benadryl at night.  I've been having issues with falling asleep too the past couple of weeks.  I hate having to take stuff for it but I can't cope through the day and take care of my 2 kids if I don't get enough sleep.
