Usually I'll have one symptom per day of the above listed which isn't that bad and I can go about my day with a pleasant mood!

Today, I have all of them at once.  I tried to eat something to get my blood sugar up, I still feel bleh.

The only reassuring thing I've felt all day is the baby moving, kicking, and telling me h/she is alive and active.. and all these symptoms are a blessing.

If you are still feeling bad make sure you are drinking plenty of water. You need more than you think you do. If the fatigue is worse than usual talk with you doctor. They may want to test to see if you are anemic. I have to take iron pills every day, but they really help me with my energy level. I hope you start feeling better soon.
