CIO means cry it out,  not sure about the other.  Did you mean VBAC?  If so it means vaginal birth after ceserean.

Don't feel bad, I have a really dumb question. I am brand new to cafemom and I was wondering what DH, DS & DD mean. I'm guessing the H,S, & D mean husband, son and daughter but what does the first D stand for?

D is for Dear or Darling.  There should be a post of abbreviations... there's a lot on this post -
