Do you have "fun foods" the kids love for a treat?

Any tricks/recipes/or ideas to share?

Some favorites here:

1) Mickey Mouse Pancakes (shape them like Mickey w/ears)

2) Food Coloring Markers used to write/draw on sandwiches before eating them

3) Banana Splits for a big treat

My kids and I make pigs in a blanket, rice crispy treats, haystacks and pizza bread for easy lunches that they can help with. We also use cookie cutters to make shapes out of PB&J.

we do mickey mouse pancaked here too!

Other fun meals things for my son is to have all finger foods. He loves to have ham roll ups with veggies and dip, cheese, fruit, whatever as long as he can dip and eat, or just pick it up.

His other favorite is mini meatballs! I don't know he loves these but he gets so excited when they are at a party. lol

She loves the gogurt things that you squeeze out of the tube. Also finger foods like carrot, apples, raisins are a big favorite, and of course Goldfish. And she dearly loves brussel sprouts.

My girls love pigs in a blanket - we haven't done that in a long time - good reminder! Thanks!

My 2 year old loves dips.... give her dip and she'll eat most anything - amazing how "fun" that is for toddlers!

We are going to make "sushi". It is rice crispies with marshmallows, then gummy worms in the center with fruit roll ups wrap it all up and cut it in one inch pieces and it looks like a California roll.

I am excited to make it.

Okay, quick question? How do you make the food coloring markers? I'd love to do this one!
