I need some quick advice, please!

I have 2 sons, ages 4 & 3. They are small in weight and stature, and have been able to sleep in their toddler beds until now. So I am getting twin bed. My problem is that both are very resless sleepers, and what ever bed they are sleeping on, they constantly roll off on to the floor! Since it always seems one or both wind up in my bed at night, I took it off the frame so they would'nt fall so far down. I was thinking of doing the same with their new ones, but they are raising cain about that, plus that I wont buy bunk beds ( another safety issue). So I am wondering if anyone else had restless little ones, and how you kept them on their beds? Thanks so much!

Offer them a deal.  The bed stays on the floor until they both go a week without falling on the floor.  After that, you will put it back on the frame.

You can buy bed rails that will fit a regular twin bed.  If it were me I would buy one set of rails and put their beds up against a wall so you only need one rail per bed (it's cheaper).  I know that my daughter had a problem falling out of her toddler bed but by the time she was too big for it she grew out of it.  I have a friend that never got a toddler bed she just bought a twin from the start and used the bed rails.

Yep!  I did the bed rail, too!!!  My DS is all over the place in his bed, too!

We used this...we bought it at walmart. It was sturdy, convient and I felt good about it.

My opinion is that you will have to move them to buck beds at some point.  I would do it how, most bunk beds have very good side bed rails.

I think when you get the new beds is the best time to make the switch. Don't wait.
