Food journal

For those of you watching your weight, counting calories, working out, etc.  this post is keep track of our food journals. 

I know several moms are doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred LINK and I wanted this post to give  those moms (and anyone else, of course) a place to post their food diaries.

3/31 - 1464 calories.

4/1 - 1788 calories.

That is so cool that you can count all your calories. I just dont have the time to do it. Maybe i need to make time. You go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks.  I stopped after a week because I had pretty much figured out how many calories I could eat in a day without going over.

But it was an eye-opener as to how many calories certain foods have in them.  I'm glad I did it (and it kept me honest if I decided to cheat a little bit).
