My daughter loved grilled chicken wraps. She only wanted lettuce and cheese on hers but you could add other stuff as well.

My son eats whatever we eat.
Shrimp and feta bake over noodles
Quiches with fruit salad
Homemade Mac and cheese
Grilled chicken tenders
Tomato soup and grilled cheese
Chicken salad
Spaghetti

For snacks we keep it basic: fruit with peanut butter or cut veggies
Meat and cheese roll up with mustard
Crackers
Peanut or almonds
Pickles - my son loves pickles!
