How do you "spice up" your Tuna Fish Salad for sandwiches?

What do you add, besides the typical Tuna, Mayo, Mustard, and Pickles?

I do both of the above. I have also added lettuce, just for texture.

Good idea!  I'm always looking for new ways to eat celery. :)  If I eat it just as a stick, I need a dip...preferably peanut butter.  haha

Do you just chop it up into small pieces and mix it in?  Or just eat the tuna WITH the lettuce?
