I am trying to come up with 100 exercises.  Please will you help me come up with 25 in each of the following categories?  Please tell me if I need any equipment for the activity.

1) cardio

2) Lower body

3) Upper body

4) abs

Cardio: Jumping Jacks

Have you ever thoght about Yoga . It is wonderful I love doing it. I have lost alot of pounds with it and feel so much better. There is a website called http://www.yogajournal.com/ and the other one i think is called http://www.yoga.com/ check them out and those help with everything on your body.

Abs: leg lifts, crunches, planks- push up postition and hold it.
