Snacks

What about healthy snacks?  She used to love to have carrot sticks or celery with cream cheese or grapes...now...no way!  Maybe she's bored with her selection - does anyone have any good snack ideas?

 Here are some snacks my DD loves:

Fruit (apples, grapes, strawberries, bananas, peaches, blackberries, plums, pineapple, etc.) with plain yogurt to dip it in.

veggies (cucumber, zuchini, peppers, spinach, celery, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, pea pods) with hummus or ranch dip

crackers with "toppers" (cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, peanut butter and raisins, hummus and roasted red peppers)

Tortilla chips and black bean and corn salsa

cheerios and cut up fruit or yogurt

granola and yogurt

cheese and crackers

I know there's a bunch more, but I can't think right now.

Some of the healthier snacks my daughter loves are Ritz Crackers with Peanut Butter or Cream Cheese on top, Raisins, Popcorn, Pretzels, Cheese cubes, Graham crackers, Applesauce...

I also make a bowl of mixed snacks, i put cheerios or kix, popcorn, peanuts and raisins in a bowl [or whatever else you can think of], and she'll sit there munching on her mix, she loves it! :)

my kids like to snack on dry cereal, mainly kix and cheerios!

How about celery with peanut butter and raisins instead of cream cheese? Strips of red bell pepper. Oranges. Goldfish crackers. Apples with PB.
