Bumps all over her arm...*PIC*

My 4 year old just came and showed me her arm, and said it's really itchy. It's really red and has lots of tiny little bumps all over in this one spot. You can't really see them very well, but this was the best picture I could get with my camera. The bumps are down by her wrist......

Any idea what this may be?

She's not allergic to anything. We haven't used any new detergent lately. She hasn't been outside since this morning.

I get that when im nervous or stressed.

Also if i just touch something new- i have sensitive skin.

Put a cold cloth on it- it will help sooth it.

Yes I think it is, I have it on my arm and ds has it on face left cheek. Put some vasoline(sp?) On it and it will help the itching a lot, and also put a long sleeve shirt on after so if stays on there and moist.

 Looks like an allergic reaction.
