Yes, my 3 yo DD said the F word 3 times yesterday. We were at home, thankfully.

Yes. My son has said "oh shit"....at home and at my mom's house. We've taught him to say "oh man" instead. Now, sometimes he'll say "mommy, I don't say 'oh shit' I say 'oh man', right?" I'm not sure how to get him to stop with that line...lol
I'm pretty sure my two year old has said at least three different bad words at least once each. I've heard it at the store, but mostly he says them at home.

Haha, yes. When she messes something up she either says "damn it!" or "oh hell.". I can't help but laugh.
She's told DH and me both that we broke a rule and she was going to "bust our ass".

Yes. Three time outs cured it. Me and daddy have tried even harder to use replacement words but occasionally they slip out
