How much sleep do you get?

I get 3 uninterrupted hours each night. (From 8p to 11p) and a 2 hour nap on weekends. The rest of my sleep from 11pm to 6 am is up and down (very choppy). This has been going on for 2 years now. Is it the same/similar with your toddler?

i have a 4 year old and a 6 month old.  i get maybe 3 hours of sleep also.  it really sucks and i'm so run down.   dh has been off since last week and has done nothing really but stay on his xbox.  i'm envious that you get a nap.  if i want a nap, i have to go to my mom's house.

I have a 4yr old and a 6 yr old. I usually get decent sleep, but this winter has been rough. I'm looking fwd to warmer weather and no colds/flu.

my sleep has always been shite but not because of my child.  she sleeps well at night (8pm and wakes at 630/7am).  she's wakeful if she's sick but then we stay with her if she's sick.

i get  about 4-5 solid hours and then my body just wakes up at 5am for some reason.  every morning, it's annoying!  i end up falling back asleep but i would like to just sleep through.

I've been like this lately with a toddler and a 7-month-old. I cannot live like this. I'm going mad.

I have a 3 year old and 18 month old. They sleep from 9-7:30 straight through. But I go to sleep around 11:30 so I get about 8 hours of sleep and 3 hours of nap on the weekends

Not much. :( I have 10 month old twins and one of them still wakes up a million times a night. Also my almost 3 yr old has started waking in the middle of the night too. I probably could get 3 hrs in a row on a good night.

I have a 2.5 year old and a 2 month old. The toddler sleeps for 12 hours straight at night and I cosleep with the baby, so I get two 6 hour stretches most nights. Maddie comes into bed with me and the baby when she wakes up, and we'll all cuddle or sleep some more for another hour or so. Cosleeping has saved my sanity, lol.

We've been pretty lucky in this respect--DD is now 26 months old and she's been a pretty good sleeper since she was a baby.  We put her down between 7:30 and 8pm and she'll sleep until @ 6-6:30 (we have to get up since both DH and I work and have a long commute). She doesn't wake up crying often and even then is pretty good about getting back down to sleep after she has some milk.

I like to read in bed but usually turn off the light by 10pm .  I sleep until about 6am so I guess I get @ 8 hrs most of the time.
