What kind of activities do you do with your children?

I have a 5 year old son, a 4 year old nephew and a 2 year old daughter.  We usally try and color pictures, paint, use chalk outside when it is warm and use chalk inside on paper it is nasty outside.  I say try because one of them gets in trouble and goes down hill from there.

im huge on arts and crafts. we do tons of them in our house, esecially with my youngest (hes 3). i have a whole closet full of pompom balls, popsicle sticks, pipecleaners, googley eyes, construction paper, paint, crayons, stamps, u name it. our most recent project was making jewlery out of yarn and differnt shapped noodles that i dyed with food coloring. he loved it and made a peice of jewlery for all his little girlfreinds at the playground. lol. we also build alot of forts. they were one of my favorite things to do as a kid. u can make it as simple as a sheet over a table or as complex as u want and my kids (age 9 and 3) both have a blast with it. we also play outside whenever possible. we live in FL so its usually pretty warm outside so chalk, water play, sandbox, ikes, roller skates, scotters, anytype of sports, anything i can do to keep them active.

Bubbles, outside chalk, playing at the park, walks around the neighborhood in the wagon, playing inside with toys, and reading books.

Hmmm, depends on the time of year :).  We go to Whole Foods to get pizza, go to the air/space museum (we live near DC), go to the Zoo, play outside for HOURS on end, go on nature walks, we went to the caverns a few weekends ago, farmer's market, and funny as it sounds, my family loves going to the grocery store together hahha
