My daughter is 2.5 years and she is very shy. When she is at home she is very verbose but when she's around other people or other kids she is very shy. what should I do to help her be more social?

i would say it's probably just her personality. i myself was/am painfully shy. i don't think there was anything my parents could have done differently to make me not be so much.

Sounds like mine! About 4 or 5 months ago my DD walked up to a random guy in a coffee shop and hugged his leg. I was mortified. She has no stranger danger radar at all so we have to watch her like a hawk. My son is super social but a lot more discerning.
