At what age did you start teaching your toddler ABCs, numbers, colors, shapes, etc...?

My 2 year old is really great with his colors but doesn't really know any of his letters yet.  I'm wondering...

My daughter started oaut with colors about 2 and and a half. Now that she is three she knows it all. Even when she was a baby I would sing to her and read to her.

Before dd turned 1 we'd go for a walk down the street everyday and during our walk we'd introduce the alphabet and numbers And colors.

By the time she was 1 1// she knew all her letters (upper and lower), the sound they made, and we were working on colors. She could recognize all her numbers up until 12 or 13.
