How often do your kids bathe and does age play a factor to you?

My daughter is 16mo. old and gets a bath in the morning after breakfast. Her morning bath gets the whole soapy rub down. Its Summer and very hot where we live so in the evening she gets another bath about a half an hour prior to bed. This bath is more of a cool down, rinse off, cool down. She has super sensitive skin so I don't use soap for her evening bath unless she is ACTUALLY dirty.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

My daughter gets a bath every evening and that includes washing the hair and body. We live in Texas (and its HOT) so anytime that is spent out side whether its 5 mins or an hour your gonna get hot and sweaty so regardless she gets a bath every night.

Ds is 2 and has gotten a shower every evening since around a year. We started doing showers when he started swim class and I wanted to really get the chlorine off. Then we discovered showers are so fast and easy we did them instead of baths, but only 3 times a week. Then, as the weather turned warmer, he needed them more to get off the sweat of the day so they gradually went to daily. Now it's a part of his nighttime routine - dinner, play with daddy while mommy cleans up and showers, shower with daddy, mommy dries and dresses him for bed, then nurse to sleep. We only use soap every other day or when he needs it.

My boys are 4 and 2 and they get baths or showers every other evening before bed, unless they get super dirty doing something then it may be an every evening thing. They have horribly sensitive skin, so I don't like bathing every single night because their skin dries out and all lotions cause rashes...so basically its every other night, or when they're really yucky

When daughter was a newbie it was November and very chilly.  So, she'd get one every other day until she was around 3mos.  Then it was every day!  She still gets a bath every day.  Its at night usually before bed, but since I'm on bedrest hubby bathes her before going to work (around 6:30pm).  We have just switched her over to Dove bar soap, a loofa, and Suave shampoo/conditioner (she's 3.5yr).  She gets a bath reguardless of if she goes out to play or not.  The ONLY reason to skip would be her falling asleeping in the car or if I or hubby physically cannot give her one.

In my opinion all kids need a bath at night.  They play in the floor or outside.  They get all kinds of dirty!  hahahahaha!  :)

DD1 is 3 and gets a bath every night before bed pretty much. We'll miss a night here and there but otherwise, every night. DD2 is 3.5 months and gets a bath every other night.

My kids get baths most nights, unless one crashes before bath time or they are still clean from doing nothing all day ect. We use body wash with every bath and hair washed every other. During the winter bath are every other day.
