So earlier today my 2 and 3 year old and I were all playing on the floor like we usually do..m well during the process my 2 year old dd screamed out in pain.... she wouldn't let me really look at it or touch it but I did gentle.... sorry it is here arm /wrist.... well when I would touch it she would scream... I then tried to get her to move her hand or give me high fives... she wouldn't do either.. she has kept her hand down by her stomach since it happened... when I was able to lightly shake her arm it wasn't "flappy " but was stiff.. bruised a little but not swollen... my dh thinks its just bruised.. but idk.. I couldn't take her to a Stat because only one car and my dh had it at the time... tomorrow morning if she is still acting the same and wont let me check I'm going to take her in.... what do you all think? Just a bruise, fractured or broke?

Sorry for this being long and maybe confusing. I'm just half asleep and trying to get dd back to sleep.

I would say just a bruise. If she can move it, don't worry..

Just keep an eye on it.  If its still hurting her, gets really swollen or she's not moving it then take her in.

if she's still not moving it by this morning (sunday morning)  you should have her seen just to rule it out.  good luck!

If she's not using it like nothing happened today, take her in. I'd rather be the parent that takes my kid to see the dr for a bruise than the parent who lets my child go days at home with a fractured arm, ya know?
And IF by chance it does need a cast. Get a waterproof one.

this is a big possibly! My son has had it happen three times. Its pretty much the joint popping out. Luckily DH is a nurse and popped it back then we just took ds to the dr and had them double check. It actually swelled some, which the dr said is normal.
