Another good idea is to do art with them but make it interactive. one example is if you use unraveled yarn and paint with it, it is a learning opportunity to teach them about things like animals with tails and such. There are a ton of everyday items you can use with paint and art. Another good one is fingerpainting but adding a little bit of sand to the paint so its a different texture for them
