Terrible twos...what about terrible threes?
I have a son who Turned three a few months ago. I was dreading when he turned two, everyone would say "oh, just wait until he turns two the terrible twos will come" he was an awesome two year old (still is an awesome 3 year old) but I feel a little before he turned three is when things got rough! He is a typical three year old but is def. Keeping me on my toes lately! Anyone else agree???

Depends on the child. 3 was terrible for my son but we also had a young baby so was it the baby or would he have gone thru it anyway? Never know. My dd, however, has always been fiesty so as of now shes not had any noticeable mood shifts.

As my daughter approaches turning 3 in October she definitely has more of an attitude, but not so many tantrums. Guess time will tell.

my son skipped terrible 2s but his 3s were.. ugh!! luckily, when he turned 4 he mellowed wayy out!
That's what I'm saying! Twos were a breeze!!! Threes so far, not so Fun! He's got an attitude, he's crabby, he is mean (as mean as a three year old can get lol) and before bed he cuddles up. With me and just for a few minutes I see the sweet little boy I know, then he's asleep....when he wakes up....all over again!

Lol 2's are rough for us. Mine started terrible twos the minute they started walking...1 yr for the oldest, 16 months for dd, and 11 months for the youngest! He just turned 2 in April and he's just as terrible as ever. I still love him though.

o yes defaintly. throughout the twos i was thinking, ok this isnt so bad i can handle this....he turned 3 and i was like wth happened??!? its defaintly terrible 3's, not twos. mines about to turn 4 in 2 weeks and im praying 4s are gonna be better than 3's lol. most people seem to tell me it doesnt get better till about 5 though...:( i hope they're wrong!
