BREASTFEEDING MOMS: Do your LOs ever pretend to breastfeed their dolls/stuffed animals?
My 3.5 year old sees me nurse her 15 month old brother all the time, but she has never tried to mimic that feeding act with her dolls.

DD tries to get me to feed her babies but she will do it herself too.

Give her time yet, my 3 year old feeds heR dolls all the time and tells me to be quiet cos her baby is feeding lol

My dd actually makes me feed all of her baby dolls lol... Im thinking once she sees me feeding her sister in a few months she may try it but she gets the concept that mommy produces food and when she wants her babies to eat they can get it from me :-p

When my god daughter (3.5 at the time) stayed with us for a few months last year she would see me nurse my then 6 month old daughter and then I would catch her "nursing" her dolls lol it was cute!

My daughter id 2 1/2 now I breast fed her until she was 18mo. To this day she still pretends to breast feed her "kids" lol. However, she only does this on occassion. Mostly, she feeds them w/ play sforks, plates, cups, etc. When she was still breastfeeding she would even ask me to feed them.
